To accurately prepare, analyze, and manage quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and tender submissions for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) in contracting projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Accountability Areas
Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.Carry out detailed quantity take-offs for MEP works with accuracy.Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for tendering and execution purposes.Support in tender preparation, submission, and negotiations.Coordinate with project teams for value engineering, cost control, and variation claims.Maintain updated records of material consumption, cost data, and subcontractor quotations.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.Provide technical support in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Role Accountability
