Senior Quality Inspector, Low Voltage | alfanar Electric

The company operates in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia; Dubai, UAE; and London, UK, and has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.

Job Purpose

This Position ensures that Quality Control Procedures are implemented in each line and prepares Quality Control Documentation efficiently, in a timely manner and to quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

• Carry out the inspection, testing activities, and QA activities as instructed by immediate manager
• Control design change documents and registration. Handover the markup drawing to Design office to regularize as built drawings
• Assist superior during customer inspection and other testing activity
• Attend customer inspections and other testing activity
• Raise Product NCRs if any defective found during inspection
• Control non‑conforming products (by raising punch list / NCR and follow up till completion)
• Prepare the test reports
• Make warranty certificate
• Arrange reply of FAT comments
• Prepare the COC (Certificate Of Conformity)
• Perform site damaged panels inspection and reports preparation
