Senior Quality Inspector, Low Voltage | alfanar Electric Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, alfanar Electric is the industrial arm of alfanar, manufacturing a variety of low, medium and high voltage electrical construction products. The company operates in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia; Dubai, UAE; and London, UK, and has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.

Job Purpose This Position ensures that Quality Control Procedures are implemented in each line and prepares Quality Control Documentation efficiently, in a timely manner and to quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

Carry out the inspection, testing activities, and QA activities as instructed by immediate manager

Control design change documents and registration. Handover the markup drawing to Design office to regularize as built drawings

Assist superior during customer inspection and other testing activity

Attend customer inspections and other testing activity

Raise Product NCRs if any defective found during inspection

Control non‑conforming products (by raising punch list / NCR and follow up till completion)

Prepare the test reports

Make warranty certificate

Arrange reply of FAT comments

Prepare the COC (Certificate Of Conformity)

Perform site damaged panels inspection and reports preparation

Delivery : Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time. Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions

Problem‑Solving : Assist to solve any related issues arise and elevate any complex operational problems

Quality : Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities

Business Process : Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions

Compliance : Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes

Academic Qualification Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute

Work Experience 2 to 5 Years
