BIM Manager - Stadium

Responsibilities

• Lead the development implementation and execution of the BIM strategy for the stadium project in alignment with client goals and PMC digital delivery frameworks.
• Manage federated BIM models and coordinate across multidisciplinary design and delivery teams to enable integrated project execution.
• Establish and enforce project‑specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), data exchange protocols and quality control procedures.
• Oversee BIM compliance across all stakeholders ensuring adherence to Level of Development (LOD) naming conventions, COBie requirements and other standards.
• Conduct BIM model audits, chair coordination meetings and produce regular progress reports.
• Facilitate collaboration between client representatives, design consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders to resolve clashes and ensure coordination across all project phases.
• Support the construction and site teams in applying 4D / 5D BIM for construction planning and digital delivery tracking.
• Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360, ACC) to continuously drive innovation and project efficiency.
• Mentor and train internal and external teams to maintain consistent and high‑quality digital delivery standards.
