Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a BIM Manager for a client in Riyadh, KSA. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.

Must-Have :

  • 8+ years of experience working as a BIM Manager
  • Experience with mega projects involving infrastructure works, roads, underground utilities, pump stations, etc.
  • Proven expertise in developing BIM Execution Planning (BEP) documents and optimizing BIM processes
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ArcGIS Pro, AutoCAD, or Dynamo
  • Strong knowledge of BIM guidelines, ISO19650 standards, and current market trends

Nice to Have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering
