In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle — from job postings and candidate coordination to onboarding logistics — ensuring that all new hires experience the warmth and professionalism synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and departmental leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for all candidates. Manage communication with candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and a world-class candidate experience.Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in executing recruitment campaigns for both local and international roles. Assist in coordinating pre-employment requirements such as medicals, visas, and documentation for new hires.Previous experience in recruitment coordination or human resources, ideally within the hospitality or luxury service industry.Strong organizational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with recruitment or HR systems is a plus.Proficiency in English.What We OfferThis is a full-time role.
