Staff assistant vacancy in Medina Saudi Arabia

Staff Assistant - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Pakistani Nationality Preferred)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff members, managing schedules and appointments, and handling various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is not required for this position. This job is suitable for men who are looking for an opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment. The salary for this role is 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to staff members
  • Manage schedules and appointments
  • Coordinate with other departments and external contacts
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Requirements :

  • Pakistani nationality preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
