Senior Sales Manager

Job descriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Transformers, MV & LV Switchgear business line. Manage relationships with key EPC clients, utilities, and industrial customers. Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term partnerships. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 15–20 years of experience in the Saudi market within the electrical equipment or power systems industry. Proven track record in sales of Transformers, MV & LV Switchgear, and related electrical products. Strong network and experience working with EPC companies and major clients in the Kingdom. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
