Responsibilities
- Receive and process parts requests from technicians or relevant departments
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, parts usage, and stock movements
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Issue parts to technicians and document all transactions accurately
