A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Sales Specialist for their team in Khobar .

Key aspects of the role include :

Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.

Establish a network of clients to service the requirements of a particular target market as assigned.

Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.

Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

To be successful you will need to meet the following :

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, microbiology, or similar.

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience selling laboratory products or solutions to clients in the Clinical, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Food Testing, Academic, or Industrial sectors within the Eastern KSA region.

Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
