SALES MANAGER – Cyber Security, Smart city, Digital Transformation – preferred local national
Our client, a leading Saudi Arabian Digital Transformation and Technology Solutions provider is looking to hire a Sales Manager - KSA, managing government & private clients advising on Cloud, Cyber Security & Smart City projects. Budget : SAR 35,000 - 45,000
JOB OBJECTIVE : Provide strategic direction, accountability & vision for designated COMPANY’s clients—planning budgets, managing projects, setting goals, identifying additional business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Day to Day Operations
- Manage all aspects of client business, providing exceptional client service, while maximizing profitability by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell COMPANY’s range of Digital Transformation solutions.
- Recommend budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted revenues.
- Maximize penetration of COMPANY’s solutions and product offerings among large existing clients, as well as new prospects.
- Design short and long-term growth strategies, as well as prepare execution plans to achieve & surpass targets.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs, strategies and vision, and recommending relevant digital transformation solutions.
- Serve as the key point of contact for key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Bring consulting skills and capabilities to the table by advising internal resources on pre-sale, sale, and delivery strategies & tactics.
- Assist vertical leads in identifying clients and departments that require change management to adapt to new technologies.
- Ensure adherence to expected performance levels and proactively identify new requirements for all key clients.
- Manage account profitability and monitor performance targets by proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Support key clients in their Digital Transformation journey by becoming their trusted partner.
- Monitor customer NPS, generate customer insights and develop strategies to promote customer advocacy.
- Win and close key Digital Transformation projects within each designated account, while achieving significant overall growth across the client portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Social Science, Business Management, or equivalentExperience with related advisory services, management, or technical consultancyITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred6+ years of experience in a client servicing or partner relationship roleJob Specific Skills
