Hiring : Deputy Executive Managing Officer (Deputy EMO) – Power & Utilities Rabigh, Saudi Arabia Support the Executive Managing Officer in leading project company operations, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations, while contributing to the safe, reliable, and profitable performance of a major power and utilities asset. What you’ll do : Work alongside the EMO in executing company activities across strategy, operations, finance, governance, and compliance. Ensure adherence to EPC, O&M, PPA, PWPA, and related project agreements. Contribute to the monitoring of EPC and Owners’ Engineer performance, ensuring construction progress, quality assurance, and on-time, on-budget delivery. Oversee aspects of O&M contract performance, availability, and reliability KPIs. Maintain effective relationships with government authorities, lenders, insurers, offtakers, EPC contractors, O&M partners, and shareholders. Monitor and provide input on budgets, insurance programs, statutory obligations, and reporting to the Board and financial partners. Support HSSE management and foster a culture of “Zero Harm.” Provide guidance to staff on daily operations, recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring effective succession planning. Contribute to Board preparations, progress reporting, and crisis management procedures. What we’re looking for : 10–12 years of progressive leadership in the power, utilities, or infrastructure sector. Proven track record supporting large-scale EPC projects and operational asset management. Strong knowledge of project agreements, corporate governance, and financial oversight. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience engaging EPCs, lenders, regulators, and government entities. Ability to provide stability in crisis situations, ensuring timely decision-making and effective reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering plus Business / Management degree (MBA preferred).
