Job Summary

We are hiring for our client – A well-known governmental entity in Riyadh Region; Software Testing Team Lead who will be responsible for leading and organizing the testing team, managing test planning and execution, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. The role focuses on achieving high-quality deliverables by overseeing team performance and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the test lifecycle.

Job Summary

We are hiring for our client – A well-known governmental entity in Riyadh Region; Software Testing Team Lead who will be responsible for leading and organizing the testing team, managing test planning and execution, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. The role focuses on achieving high-quality deliverables by overseeing team performance and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the test lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble the test team and define the scope of testing.
• Predict and log risks and develop plans to avoid or minimize them.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to ensure proper workflow of testing activities.
• Conduct regular team meetings to identify challenges and provide support when needed.
• Document meetings through official minutes.
• Submit necessary reports on the status of testing activities.
• Record and document issues and lessons learned.
• Ensure that all team members have access to the required information.
• Resolve problems and challenges professionally.
• Document and share test files with stakeholders.
• Review and analyze business requirements and prepare the test readiness plan and time estimates.
• Design and write test scenarios linked to all business requirements and types of testing.
• Execute required tests across systems and integration channels.
• Create and provide necessary test data.
• Build and automate regression tests (Regression Testing).
• Raise system defects to the development team, ensuring they are understandable, reproducible, and verified after resolution.
• Execute and maintain automated tests.
• Submit daily and summary test reports.
