Job Summary

We are hiring for our client – a well-known governmental entity in Riyadh Region. The Senior Performance Tester will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating performance tests to ensure the reliability, scalability, and stability of systems and applications. The role involves analyzing performance bottlenecks, generating detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements and support business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business requirements and prepare test readiness plans, including estimated time for test activities.
• Design and write performance test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Execute performance tests on systems and integration channels.
• Create and provide the required test data.
• Raise system defects to the development team, ensuring they are understandable, reproducible, and verified after fixing.
• Build and automate regression performance tests.
• Ensure automated performance tests are executed correctly and maintained regularly.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and test summaries.
• Share test reports and performance-related documentation.
• Attend meetings to ensure alignment with other teams according to the center's rules and procedures.
• Share knowledge with the testing team.
• Provide solutions to improve performance testing processes.
