We are hiring for our client – A well-known governmental entity in Riyadh Region; Testing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities across enterprise systems. This role ensures high-quality software delivery by leading the test team, managing risks, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing automation strategies. The Testing Manager plays a key role in aligning test practices with business requirements and ensuring all testing activities support the success of product releases and project objectives.

Job Summary

The Testing Manager plays a key role in aligning test practices with business requirements and ensuring all testing activities support the success of product releases and project objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and onboard the testing team; define the full scope of testing activities.
• Identify, document, and mitigate potential risks to minimize impact on delivery.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure testing efforts align with project timelines and business goals.
• Lead regular team meetings to surface and resolve blockers and provide necessary guidance and support.
• Document all team and stakeholder meetings through formal meeting minutes.
• Prepare and deliver structured progress reports and test summaries to relevant parties.
• Document issues encountered during testing and lessons learned for future improvement.
• Ensure that all team members have access to the information and resources they need.
• Resolve obstacles and issues professionally to maintain testing timelines.
• Organize, maintain, and share test documentation, scenarios, and test evidence with stakeholders.
• Review business requirements and prepare test plans and effort estimations accordingly.
• Design test cases and develop test scenarios that are traceable to business needs.
• Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing across channels and platforms.
• Prepare and manage the required test data for different types of testing.
• Build and maintain automated regression tests for critical application paths.
• Submit system bugs to development teams with full documentation and verify their resolution.
• Automate test cases and ensure test scripts are updated and maintained regularly.
• Generate daily and summary reports on the testing activities and overall system quality.
