Pre Sales Consultant

Job Purpose :

The Pre-Sales Consultant coordinates technical pre-sales activities, transferring industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers through excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. The role involves assisting in all levels of technical account planning and accompanying sales account managers during customer visits.

Job Responsibilities :

Engaging with channel partners, generating BOQs and POCs, and conducting demos.

Conducting technical trainings and boot camps.

Coordinating technical pre-sales activities.

Enabling channels and partners through training and certification.

Account mapping and pipeline management for resellers and end customers.

Staying updated and obtaining all relevant vendor certifications.

Allocating time approximately 80% on technical sales and 20% on service delivery.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Having 2-3 years of experience in IT management or solutions architecture / pre-sales roles.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
