Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Proactively identify and attract top talent by utilizing various sourcing strategies, such as networking, online platforms, industry events, and partnerships with educational institutions. Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews, reference checks, and assessment tools to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational values. Develop and maintain the employer brand through effective communication of the organization's mission, values, culture, and career opportunities to attract and engage potential candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback, communication, and support to candidates. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the recruitment process. Previous recruitment experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools and techniques. Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines. Proactive approach to address recruitment challenges and find creative solutions. Discretion in handling sensitive candidate and company information.
