As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy on a day-to-day basis across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat to enhance our online presence, engage our audiences, and drive business growth. Your challenge will be to expand our reach on social media and grow our following, as well as increase engagement.

Requirements

• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Oversee design (i.e. social media posts and captions)
• Content Creation and Management : Develop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms
• Community Management : Monitor and engage with our social media community.
• Manage responses, comments and messages promptly and professionally
• Analytics and Reporting : Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our social media presence
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand messaging and effective execution
• Develop and expand the community, including influencer outreach
