Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Riyadh. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content for various platforms, optimizing social media engagement, and collaborating with the communication team to execute campaigns.
Content Creation & Scheduling
- Support the development of localized content calendars across all social platforms
- Create engaging, platform‑native content in Arabic and English.
- React quickly to viral topics and real‑time trend
Audience Growth & Community Engagement
Execute content strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and retention.Manage real‑time community engagement and implement trend‑jacking opportunities to drive relevance.Campaign Execution
Create social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and event coverage.Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of posts and creative assets.Optimize the campaignsPerformance Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including engagement, reach, and sentiment.Provide insights and recommendations to boost engagement and reach.Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging formats.Experiment with new tools, features, and creative approaches to maximize content impact.Qualifications
