Engagement & Well‑Being Associate Role

As an Engagement & Well‑Being Associate, you will be at the forefront of fostering a positive work environment by crafting and implementing well‑being initiatives that enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative well‑being programs and activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Manage and lead the Vibe module in our HR system, ensuring it reflects our company's culture and values.
• Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, surveys, voting, blogs, podcasts, interactive challenges, competitions, games, inspirational stories, event announcements, and recaps.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather feedback and measure the impact of well‑being programs.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the coordination of events.
• Develop and implement an engagement plan for new joiners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee well‑being and incorporate them into our programs.
