About the role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement of all IT equipment (TVs, tablets, speakers, cameras, microphones, Windows TVs).
• Negotiate contracts, secure best pricing, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Tag and maintain detailed inventory mapping (serial → room → campus).
• Manage warehouse operations and ensure accurate, auditable stock levels.
• Oversee the delivery logistics of IT assets to schools.
• Support hardware setup in schools :

Install cameras, microphones, speakers, and Windows TVs.

Prepare TV, speaker, and camera setups.
