To lead, coach, and motivate a team of medical representatives to drive performance across the assigned product portfolio. The role ensures alignment of field activities with company strategy while maintaining strong relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders within the KSA healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the daily field activities of the assigned team to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
Provide continuous coaching and technical training on assigned products to enhance the team’s performance and knowledge.
Ensure strategic coverage and engagement with key accounts, particularly hospitals and institutions across KSA.
Maintain a comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date customer database, identifying new business opportunities across the portfolio.
Analyze area performance and market dynamics, reporting insights and opportunities to upper management.
Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to drive new product launches, educational events, and scientific activities.
Arrange and conduct regular meetings with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers in government and private healthcare institutions.
Ensure clear and consistent communication of marketing messages aligned with company strategy.
Identify and act upon market trends and unmet needs to support business growth objectives.
Track ROI and outcomes of major events, product campaigns, and field activities.
Continuously assess and improve team capabilities to ensure high standards of field force effectiveness and talent development.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any related Life Science field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical industry in KSA.
Proven track record working with hospitals / institutions in KSA, with strong knowledge of public and private sector dynamics.
Valid KSA driving license and flexibility to travel across different regions.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire team members.
