Job Objective
Provide excellent customer service at the main showroom and achieve targeted sales goals.
Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and courteously.
Demonstrate strong persuasion and sales skills.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Address customer issues or escalate them to the concerned department when necessary.
Sell SIM cards (postpaid and prepaid).
Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Attend meetings and training sessions on new products and services.
Maintain punctuality and demonstrate effective time management.
Qualifications
Bachelors / Diploma in Business Administration or related degree
Arabic and English fluency
Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in related field
Preferably telecommunications industry experience
Work Hours
Sunday to Thursday
8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (including lunch break)
9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (including lunch break)
