Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Al Khobar for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Daily tasks will include managing phone calls, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
