Senior Commercial Manager - (RC)

JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager - (RC) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities related to our residential construction projects. You will ensure that all aspects of procurement, cost management, and contract negotiations are executed effectively, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Your expertise in commercial management will be vital in maximizing profitability while managing risks and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the commercial aspects related to residential construction projects, including procurement, budgeting, and contract negotiation
• Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve any disputes that may arise
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on commercial matters
