You will own the floor during peak services, keep standards sharp, and develop a high-performing FOH team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead floor operations during service to deliver guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
- Plan guest flow, table turns, and waitlist; coordinate with host, bar, and kitchen.
- Run pre-shift briefings; set sections and upselling focus for the team.
- Handle guest escalations with calm, professional resolution.
- Maintain brand SOPs, opening / closing, cash-up, and end-of-day reporting.
- Monitor hygiene and safety in line with HACCP and local regulations.
- Coach, train, and performance-manage hosts, waiters, and runners.
- Track KPIs (covers, average check, speed of service, guest feedback) and action improvements.
Requirements
3–4 years’ FOH leadership in premium café / all-day dining or high-volume casual dining.KSA / GCC experience required.Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.Proven people leadership and floor control during peak periods.Strong POS, cash handling, and reporting skills.Impeccable grooming and professional communication.Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Benefits
