About the Role This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing guest experiences at every level.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, lounges, and event spaces

Lead, develop, and manage service teams to ensure consistent five-star service

Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on promotions and events

Handle guest feedback, ensuring exceptional service recovery when needed

Maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee inventory control

Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership

Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a

luxury hotel or high-end hospitality group

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams across two cities (Riyadh & Jeddah)

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Knowledge of the Saudi hospitality landscape preferred

Flexibility to travel between cities as required

Salary package

Total Salary SAR 20-25k CTC
