The People Experience Trainee will assist the HR team with employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management tasks. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical HR experience.

Requirements

• Assist in organizing recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support employee onboarding and record maintenance
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and surveys
• Participate in performance review cycles and prepare related reports
• Maintain HR databases and update employee records
