Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage sales operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients (Key Accounts company, Ready-mix company, Precast, all concrete producer).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor pricing and margin control.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts and market intelligence.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery quality.
• Maintain compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Providing technical support to the clients, team.
