We are seeking a proactive, high-performing sales professional with a passion for driving new business in the B2B SaaS space. The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads and managing the full sales cycle through to successful closure.
The Sales Manager will be managed locally by a Sales Director and functionally globally by the VP Sales. Support will be provided by global teams including Business Development and Pre-Sales.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a strong desire to succeed in the sales profession.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers for our CxP products
- Outreach to potential customers through email, phone, and social media to schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
- Qualify leads based on ICP fit and readiness to buy
- Collaborate with the local and global sales team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies
- Track and report on progress against lead generation targets
- Sales Cycle Management : Manage the full 360-degree sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing sales
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at potential and existing customer organizations
- Solution Selling : Understand customer pain points and tailor SaaS solutions to meet their business needs, emphasizing value and ROI
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute a region-specific sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Pipeline Management : Maintain an active and well-managed sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up
- Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to effectively position the SaaS product
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, pre-sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and feedback loop
Requirements
