To lead and develop LV / MV Switchgear Sales Division by driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all regions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting targets, developing key client relationships, and ensuring that all sales activities align with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance with Saudi market standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement
sales strategies
aligned with company business objectives.
Lead, coach, and mentor the
sales and tendering teams
to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
Identify
new market segments , strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities within Saudi Arabia.
Prepare and monitor the
annual sales budget , forecasts, and pricing policies.
Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with
contractors, consultants, EPCs, utilities (e.g., SEC, ARAMCO, RC, NEOM, PIF projects) , and end users.
Identify upcoming
projects and tenders , ensure early engagement, and position the company as an approved and preferred vendor.
Drive the
pre-qualification and vendor registration
processes with major clients and government entities.
Oversee
proposal preparation , technical–commercial reviews, and negotiations until order closure.
Ensure consistent coordination between
sales, estimation, design, and project teams
for smooth project handover.
Approve and validate final offers, pricing strategies, and commercial terms.
Monitor
pipeline, forecast accuracy, and sales reporting
using CRM or internal systems.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and client procurement strategies.
Provide
regular feedback
to management for product development, pricing updates, and positioning improvements.
Support R&D and Product Development teams with market-driven insights.
Customer Relationship & Representation
Maintain strong communication with
key decision-makers
across clients, consultants, and utilities.
Represent the company in
industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and business forums .
Ensure post-award client satisfaction and support resolution of commercial or technical disputes.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum
10–15 years
in LV / MV switchgear sales in Saudi Arabia, including
at least 3–5 years in a managerial role .
Proven experience with
Siemens SIVACON, SIMOPRIME, or equivalent
product platforms.
Strong
networking with contractors, consultants, utilities, and PIF-related entities .
Solid knowledge of
IEC standards, SEC / SASO requirements, and local market practices .
Excellent communication and leadership skills in
Arabic and English .
Strategic thinking with a strong commercial acumen.
Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Deep understanding of
technical–commercial balance
in LV / MV switchgear business.
Negotiation, presentation, and closing expertise.
Ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities concurrently.
