Position : Training Manager (Hospitality)

Location : Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Salary : SAR 18,000 per month

A leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that elevate employee performance and support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute effective training strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to various departments.
• Coordinate and deliver engaging in-house training sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent learning initiatives across the company.
• Maintain training records, monitor progress, and report on KPIs related to learning and development.
• Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
