Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities : - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room revenue targets - Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of market trends - Prepare sales reports and present them to management - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities - Monitor competitors' rates and adjust sales strategies accordingly - Train and mentor the sales team

Requirements : - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager - Strong understanding of hotel industry trends - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
