As an IT Support Associate , you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting the tech infrastructure inside Amazon’s operational facilities. You will support hardware, software, and network systems across multiple buildings or remotely. The position involves hands-on tasks, travel within the region, and a strong customer service mindset.

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware such as :
• Zebra thermal printers
• Thin clients, handheld terminals
• Scanners and desktop systems (Windows / Mac / Linux)
• Address support tickets and on-site service requests
• Train new team members in IT tools and systems
• Monitor and respond to IT incidents across multiple buildings
• Stand or walk during 10–12 hour shifts and move equipment weighing up to 49 lbs (22 kg)
• Travel locally or regionally to resolve technical issues at other Amazon sites
