Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and administer the company's network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Ensure the security of company data through the implementation and maintenance of appropriate security measures.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact business operations.
• Document IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to deliver seamless IT services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
