IT Specialist

Roles and responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices and systems
• Implement and maintain IT security measures
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and applications
• Provide technical support for Laboratory-related software and systems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and operational procedures
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improvements in IT processes and systems
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions
• Handle offline & online sharing folders internally offline local area network & Microsoft knowledge
• Handle installation / printer sharing online and VPN configuration for connecting one branch to another with same IP racks setup
• Install cable / crimping, cable tracking and tracing, user remote access / CCTV installation
• Manage NVR configuration, IP telephone configuration and setup biometric configuration and support
• Managing requests through services desk plus sosyetm
