Description
The Senior Aviation POL Tech Supply Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operations related to Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) throughout GDCME authorized locations. This role ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations and oversees the proper requisitioning, handling, storage, and disposal of POL and HAZMAT. The POL Coordinator will monitor and ensure adequate stock is shelved and available to meet mission requirements
Qualifications
Associates Degree or higher required. Technical training or certification in HAZMAT or environmental safety preferred. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HAZMAT or aviation logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of U.S. Army supply systems, including AR 710-2, PAM 710-2-2, and applicable PWS requirements. Certification in HAZMAT Handling, OSHA Safety, or Environmental Compliance. Experience supporting Aviation-On-Ground (AOG) and scheduled aircraft maintenance operations. Proficiency with ERP, G21, or equivalent logistics management information systems. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate across multiple operational sites. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Medical Examination :
Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record :
To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing :
Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
