We help business leaders ideate and think through what is possible. We help them envision how technology and automation could support their winning strategy. The Role Details The primary role of the Supply Chain (SC) Solution Advisor is to focus on presenting the value of SAP S / 4HANA Supply Chain portfolio. This role requires advanced / expert-level knowledge of supply chain operations and business processes. You should understand the customer’s SC complexity and showcase the value of SAP S / 4HANA and relevant SC solutions.
The Solution Advisor engages with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and follow-up discussions. The goal during an active sales cycle is to gain customer acceptance that the SAP solution can solve the customer’s problem and is the right choice over competitors.
The Solution Advisor is knowledgeable in SC business processes and the adoption of new technologies, with experience in cloud implementation best practices preferred.
Main Responsibilities
Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering SAP and partner software solutions to prospective customer audiences, articulating the value message and differentiating SAP.
Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations / presentations tailored to the customer to support sales cycles.
Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to build relationships and understand their needs.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP solutions and industries; provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
Support RFI & RFP completion in support of customer proposals.
Present effectively to customers in a virtual environment using Zoom, Teams, etc.
Leverage support teams (Global / Regional Solution Specialists, Center of Excellence, Industry Value Engineer, Solution Hubs, Deal Advisors, Solution Experience, Product Management) as needed.
Demand Generation
Support one-to-many sales and marketing events on-site and virtually.
Lead & support Design Thinking workshops to promote new and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at accounts.
Solution Advisory Readiness
Develop close relationships with market unit sales teams to promote effective sales methodologies.
Champion or lead in Line of Business or Solution Hubs and provide knowledge transfer to colleagues as needed.

Experience
5+ years of experience SAP Finance implementation or a relevant business supply chain role.
Experience in one or more of the following functional areas : Sales Operations, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, and quality management (SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, etc.).
Experience in sales and sales processes.
3-5 years of presales experience preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills : English proficient, Arabic proficient.
Education
Bachelor equivalent : minimum requirement
Master Degree : Optional
Certified Supply Chain Professional : optional
