Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Logistics Coordinator

to join our team, based in

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining the transportation, warehousing, and delivery of materials and equipment for solar EPC projects. You will play a key role in supporting project execution by ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics operations from procurement to site delivery, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate the transportation of solar equipment (modules, inverters, structures, etc.) from manufacturers or suppliers to project sites.

Collaborate with procurement and project teams to develop delivery schedules aligned with project timelines.

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, transport companies, and warehouses to manage the movement of goods.

Negotiate shipping rates and service agreements with logistics vendors and ensure compliance with contracts.

Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, import / export documentation, and customs clearance.

Ensure compliance with national and international regulations for transportation and customs, especially for imported solar components.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments and monitor stock levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of logistics coordination experience, preferably in the renewable energy or EPC industry.

Technical Expertise

Experience with logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS).

Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
