We’re hiring a Membership Advisor to own the end-to-end sales journey, leading to a tour, closing, and long-term relationship. What you’ll do
Own a fast, disciplined pipeline in the CRM (qualify, book, follow up). Run persuasive tours / consults, prescribe the right membership, and close. Hit monthly targets, drive upsells / reactivations, and support retention. Partner with coaches / clinicians / marketing for a white-glove experience. Prospect local corporates / community partners for steady, high-intent demand. Success looks like

2+ yrs quota-carrying sales in premium wellness / fitness, medical, hospitality, or luxury services. Bilingual : Arabic + English (written & spoken). Consultative communication, service mindset, impeccable follow-through. CRM proficiency (HubSpot / PipeDrive / ActiveCampaign / Mindbody / etc.) and clean admin / forecasting. Nice to have
Degree in Business / Marketing / Health / Sport Science. Wearables / wellness tech familiarity; B2B / corporate sales exposure. Sales / fitness certifications (REPs, NASM, ISSA, SPIN / OPEX, etc.). 30 / 60 / 90 Ramp

Master product, scripts & CRM; start running tours; 10–15 closes. 60 days :
Own full pipeline; hit targets; launch two micro re-engagements. 90 days :
