Own the end-to-end membership journey : lead generation, tours, proposals, closing, and white-glove onboarding. Deliver the membership sales plan; maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM forecasting. Design compelling benefits and communications; host signature member events that drive engagement and referrals. Monitor satisfaction and retention KPIs; implement proactive save strategies for at‑risk members. Collaborate with Golf Ops, F&B, Spa, and Events to ensure seamless member‑only experiences. Analyze data (joiners, churn, yield, product mix) and present insight‑led actions to leadership. Lead and coach a small membership / relations team; set service standards and SLAs. What you’ll bring
5–7+ years in membership sales / relationship management (luxury clubs, hospitality, or lifestyle brands). Proven record of meeting / exceeding targets and building high‑quality pipelines. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; strong CRM and dashboard fluency. A member‑first mindset with impeccable professionalism; English fluency (Arabic a plus). Why Royal Golf Club
