Sales Coordinator

You will report to a Director of Sales to manage the customer relationship and follow up with customer POs and contracts and registration of CSG with local customers. Responsibilities

Hire qualified and energetic person to help the sales team communicate with customers and internally Provide support for the sales team by following up with customers and internal stakeholders Extend CSG reach by making calls and supporting the creation of leads in existing accounts and new logos Help the sales team respond to requests for proposals Coordinate efforts with stakeholders to plan CSG participation and meetings at various tradeshows to maximize benefit for CSG Coordinate with sales and presales teams to schedule and facilitate impactful presentations to existing and potential clients Support the sales team by communicating with internal and external partners to create additional opportunities Work with the sales team to build a pipeline for the department of prospective clients to forecast possible sales revenue Support the sales team to provide an accurate forecast and ensure that all opportunities are logged into SFDC Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education / experience Experience

2-3 years of experience in IT Potential to quickly gain knowledge of the payment industry Strong ability to connect with people and build relationships Ability to assess situations with customers and support to quickly communicate the right messages and help formulate the correct solution Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence customers. Proficiency in Arabic is a must Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Good relationship building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Must be able to communicate clearly to internal and external audiences in writing and verbally Ability to participate in and learn analytical and problem solving skills Must be able to work in a team environment Must be organized, responsible and reliable Ability to use a personal computer; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to read, write, speak and understand Arabic and English Able to learn systems quickly and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Location(s) :
