Overview

منسق المبيعات هو دور حيوي في أي منظمة صناعية، حيث يعمل كحلقة وصل بين فرق المبيعات والإدارة. يتطلب هذا المنصب مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على التواصل الفعال لضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات. سيكون منسق المبيعات مسؤولاً عن دعم فريق المبيعات من خلال إدارة البيانات، وتنسيق الأنشطة، وتقديم تقارير دقيقة. يتطلب النجاح في هذا الدور القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية. المسؤوليات

تنسيق الأنشطة اليومية لفريق المبيعات وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة. جمع وتحليل بيانات المبيعات وتقديم تقارير دقيقة للإدارة. التواصل مع العملاء والموردين لتلبية احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم. إدارة قاعدة بيانات العملاء وتحديث المعلومات بشكل دوري. تقديم الدعم الإداري لفريق المبيعات، بما في ذلك إعداد العروض التقديمية والمواد التسويقية. تنظيم الاجتماعات والمناسبات الخاصة بفريق المبيعات. مراقبة أداء المبيعات وتحديد الفرص لتحسين العمليات. التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل التسويق والإنتاج لضمان تلبية الطلبات. تقديم التدريب والدعم للموظفين الجدد في فريق المبيعات. تطوير استراتيجيات لتحسين تجربة العملاء وزيادة رضاهم. المرشحون المفضلون

خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات أو التنسيق الإداري. مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية. قدرة على التواصل بوضوح وبناء علاقات مع العملاء. إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسوب مثل Microsoft Office وCRM. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة. مهارات تحليلية قوية لفهم بيانات المبيعات. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق. رغبة في التعلم والتطوير المهني المستمر. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية. القدرة على التكيف مع التغيرات في بيئة العمل. Skills

مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية قوية. إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسوب مثل Excel وPowerPoint. قدرة على التواصل الفعال مع العملاء والزملاء. مهارات تحليلية لفهم وتفسير بيانات المبيعات. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الأولويات. خبرة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM). مهارات في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
