Implement and follow up on daily HR activities efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Support HR team in managing employee data, payroll, administrative procedures, and employee services. Manage and update employee data in HR systems. Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and provide appropriate solutions. Monitor leaves, absences, working hours, and generate periodic reports. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and Saudi labor laws. Follow up on employment contracts, renewals, and terminations. Maintain organized employee files according to audit requirements. Oversee employee medical insurance processes and renewals. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and welcoming new employees. Coordinate payroll processes with the finance department and ensure accuracy. Contribute to improving operational procedures of the department. Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager. Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or personnel affairs. Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and social insurance systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Intermediate to advanced English language skills. Skills :

High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making. Attention to detail and accuracy.
