Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and optimize the HRIS system to ensure accurate and reliable HR data. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide workforce insights. Utilize coding skills (DAX or SQL) to perform data analysis, integrations, and predictive modeling. Drive business intelligence and data intelligence initiatives, turning raw data into meaningful insights for HR and leadership teams. Design and implement HR data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance. Partner with HR stakeholders to identify reporting needs, KPIs, and performance metrics. Provide ad-hoc reporting and workforce analytics to support talent management, performance, and workforce planning. Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve HR processes. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in HRIS systems management and reporting. Strong proficiency in Power BI (must-have). Coding skills in DAX, or SQL (mandatory). Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data intelligence tools. Strong data visualization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights in a clear, business-friendly manner. Seniority level
