Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia / Dubai

Spectrum Architecture is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our teams in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In this strategic role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the development of key projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Understand clients’ needs, challenges, and goals to effectively tailor Spectrum Architecture’s services.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, project management) to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to enhance business strategy.
• Represent Spectrum Architecture at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s strategic growth objectives.
