Business Development Manager - KSA

Overview

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a keen understanding of the local market, strong leadership abilities, and a focus on results. You will work closely with senior management to shape the company’s expansion strategy and lead initiatives that position Noema as a key player in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a new business development team focused on expanding Noema’s presence in Saudi Arabia
• Ability to communicate and present to client C-level executives and decision makers
• Grasp of technology concepts and ability to communicate clearly these concepts
• Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in the area
• Work closely with technology vendors, mainly Microsoft and SAP, build trust and cooperate on opportunities and accounts
• Provide senior management with market intelligence and recommendations to capitalize on growth opportunities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Saudi Arabia market
• Monitor the development of accurate sales forecasts and analyze data to monitor pipeline performance
• Lead negotiations with potential clients, securing contracts that align with Noema goals and objectives
• Serve as a bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects
• Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies to enhance Noema’s presence
