Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth guest flow and service quality. Monitor and coordinate staff performance on the floor, including servers, runners, and support staff. Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensure all operational standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to across the floor. Oversee table assignments, reservations, and guest seating for optimal service. Support the execution of events, tournaments, and group bookings. Conduct floor inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Prepare shift handover and operational reports to Duty Manager. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in hospitality / restaurant / entertainment operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage a team in a high‑paced environment. Proven ability in guest relations and conflict resolution. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Skills
