Hvac Foreman

Experience & Job Description : Minimum twelve years proved actual hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, & repair of chillers (Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw,..), package units, and / or HVAC control systems & BMS (Honeywell, Johnson, Stefa, Landis & Gyr, Siemens, etc.) including minimum four years in supervisory position with leadership skill.

• Understand control wiring diagrams and function of control components.
• Lead and supervise technicians.
• Planning and distribute work load.
• Conduct training for technicians.
• Assist supervisor in root cause analysis.
• Select spare parts & material and prepare min & max stock.
• Previous experience in manufacturer Co. (Trane, Carrier, York etc) and / or Gulf region is preferred.
