Job Responsibilities : Develop regional communication / relationship management agenda in line with overarching strategy. Measure broker sales regularly and for a set interval of time to document findings. Identify shortfalls and incompliances with pre-set plan to devise corrective actions. Resolve escalated / complex broker queries and pain points in a timely manner. Analyze sales activities such as customer portfolio to highlight cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Collect commercial from Underwriting to share with customers. Monitor broker sales to evaluate against pre-set targets and identify shortfalls. Calculate broker payment amounts and commissions based on sales activities performed and on pre-set contract and forward payment amounts to Channel Management. Perform administrative tasks that support brokers to grow market share through brokers.
